DAY 1

  • Arrival and guided city tour.

  • The city tour covers the main places of interest in St. Petersburg such as Peter and Paul Fortress, St Isaac's Cathedral, The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood.

DAY 2

  • Excursion to Peterhof.

Located 29 kilometers west of St. Petersburg, the imperial estate of Peterhof is one ofthe most popular day trips from the city. The Grand Palace is extravagant andlavish in its own right, but the real highlight of Peterhof is the GrandCascade – a series of more than 140 fountains and canals cascading down a hillbehind the Grand Palace. Beyond the Grand Cascade, the impeccably maintainedgrounds include acres of forests, gazebos, fountains and several smallerpalaces. You can easily spend an entireday exploring it all.

DAY 3

  • The Hermitage Museum.

Lesswell known, and currently much more dilapidated, the Alexander Palace isnonetheless a neoclassical masterpiece, and has a particularly poignantconnection with the family of the last Tsar, Nicholas II.
