Programm of tour:

1st Day:

09.00-09.50 Meeting at the central railway station Kazan with the «Bureau of Travelling Kazan» sign in the so called red breaks building or at the main entrance with “White Bars”.

Luggage to the storage of hotel or early check-in for extra charge.

Sightseeing City bus-tour:

You will visit Kremlin street, Old Tatar Sloboda, Azimov Mosque, Park of 1000th anniversary of Kazan, Petersburg street and visual inspection of “Tugan avilim” (Native Village).

You will visit the Exaltation of the Cross Church and the miraculous Kazan Icon of the Mother God, return of the Vatican in Russia. Also you will see The Peter and Paul Cathedral, built in 1723-26 in Barocco style – one of the beautiful and amazing monuments.

Excursion to National Culture Center “Kazan” – Museum of 1000th Anniversary of Kazan (Panorama view of Kazan).

Lunch with show-cooking program “Secrets of Tatar cuisine”.

Walking Excursion to Kazan Kremlin, Annunciation Cathedral, Governor Palace. Architectural monuments, Legendary mosque “Kuhl Sharif”, built according to the archival datas as a symbol of the Renaissance of the nation.

Walking Excursion -“Kazan Arbat”

Walk down the Prolomnaya street – the street of 4 centuries, Bauman street nowadays – the history of the central trading street of Kazan, the ensemble of monuments and architectures of the city: Bell tower of the church of the Epiphany where Fyodor Chaliapin was baptized, State Bank, which kept the gold reserves of Russia; fountains and a copy of the carriage of Catherine IIReturn to hotel. Free time.

2nd Day:

Breakfast in hotel.

Meeting with guide in one of the central hotels of the city.

Departure from Kazan to the Tatar Village.

During the journey you will meet three ethno culture of Tartar region, will see the performance of Russian and Tatar folk ensembles that have preserved ancient traditions of Russian and Tatar nations, also you will get acquainted with baptized muslims. You can taste the fish from the Kama river and very tasty pancakes.

You will visit one of the oldest surviving churches in village, which doors have never been closed since the day it was open.

Return to Kazan.

3rd Day:

Breakfast in hotel. Free time. Check-out. Luggagetothebus.

11.00 Bus-tour to homestead of Tatar peasant.

Here you can go back in time, to feel the role of the master of the Tatar house, and try his duties. Hot bath for extra charge.

Return to Kazan.

16.00 Lunch in one of the cafes or restaurants of the city.

17.00Visit national shop “Behetle” where you can buy souvenirs and presents.

17.45-18.00Transfer to the railway station Kazan-1 (Kazan Passazhirskaya).
