Complex «Rosa Chalet» is situated at an altitude of 1170 meters above sea level, near the Olympic Village, where the delegations of the athletes participating in the Games lived during the Olympic Games in 2014.

«Rosa Chalet» consists of 12 guest houses with a maximal capacity of ten to fifteen people each, fully equipped for a comfortable stay of large family or company. All chalets are equipped with kitchen and combined living/dining rooms with fireplace that creates additional comfort and a cozy homelike atmosphere. Several chalets have a sauna or dry heat sauna. In each garage for two cars.

The maximal proximity (5-10 meters) to one of the ski trails provides additional benefits for amateurs of winter sports.
